Document preview | Credit notes | Cannot print or export
Question:
I am unable to print or export a credit note from the document preview, other users are able to view the document?
What is the reason for this?
Answer:
The reason for this is; IQ created a security code quite a while back: 30656 - Allow Printing/Export From Document Preview. By default this setting has not been enabled.
Please consult your IQ system administrator to provide you with access.
