ERP Go Background Image Issue via Remote Desktop
Question:
Why is the background image of ERP Go not displaying on Remote Desktop, even though it displays correctly when running locally or via a server-based mapped drive?Answer:
To improve performance over RDP, the background image is disabled by default.
You can override this behaviour by placing the text file iq_force_notremote.txt in the root directory of the IQ installation (for example, the IQEnterprise folder).
Once this file is present, the background image will load as normal, even over Remote Desktop.
