Does it integrate with my IQ Retail?


InQuis integrates with IQ Retail to synch your stock counts, stock levels, removing the need for CSV imports and manual uploads. 


What devices does InQuis work on?


InQuis is available for all of the latest Android devices (Phones and tablets.). 


How do I connect InQuis to IQ Retail?


The Implement consultant will install the app on your server and phone.

Once the middle ware server application is installed on your server; and the app on your Android device.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?


If you have any problems, please reach out to our support. 


The app does not want to communicate with the middleware or IQ Server, what must I check?


Make sure that the version on the middleware and app are both the same. 

Ensure that you the App is pointing to the IP Address of where the IQ server is hosted.

Ensure that the Anti-Virus or Router are configured to allow the following applications through the firewall: InQuis Synchronization Service, nwjs, SimplyDot License Manager.
