Answer:
Yes, it is possible to delete a line item and copy a line item on the cashbook. 

Steps:

To delete a line item on the cash book:

Navigate to the record or line and press CTRL and Delete simultaneously on the keyboard. 
The record will be deleted that you have selected. 


To paste a previous line item, press the F8 key on the keyboard on the next record in which you would like to duplicate.
