Is it possible to generate a detailed general ledger report in the system?

Steps:


Click on Ledger


Reports 


Advance Ledger Audit Tracking



The form below will appear, it looks similar to the Ledger > Reports -> Audit Tracking Report.


On this form, you can apply the filter as per usual. 


Please note that you would first need to apply a filter before exporting or previewing the data.

It is important to apply a filter, before exporting the data other wise it may slow down your system. 

Also try to avoid the Like operator if possible, as that will also utilize more system power. 


Once all the data appears on the grid screen below, you will be able to export the data or preview it. 


We do recommend when sending reports to your accountant or auditor, rather export them in a Excel format.  



To export the data that is displayed on the grid-screen, click on the Export button.


This will allow the operator to export to any IQ-supported format such as XLSX Excel. 


The operator will be able to save the file onto the system.
