Question:


How do I check if there is enough money on the client's gift card?


Answer:


If you want to make sure of the balance available on the card before you accept the tender, you can click the Card Enquiry button, also visible on the Tender screen 


Note:


There are plans to move this button. to the Sales screen in the near future.



If you click the Card Enquiry button, the system will ask you to scan the card.



Once you have scanned the card and clicked the Accept button, the system will validate the card and display the remaining balance available.
