POS | My trading date is incorrect in POS?

Question:

The trading date on the system is incorrect and how do we correct it?

Possible reasons:

Computer system date error.

When you are not trading over weekends or public holidays and the next trading date were not selected correctly.

Steps:

Click on Point of Sale.

Click on POS Back Office.

Click on End of Day.

In the example below you will note that the trading date is incorrect.

Today's date does match with the system date and therefore we need to change the next trading date to today's date.

To change it click on the date drop down box next to the Next Trading Date label.

Change it to today's or the system date.

Once done click on the Proceed EOD button.
