Processing | Cannot change the account?

Version:

2024.2.0.0 and higher

Issue:

Since we have upgraded to version 2024.2.0.0, I am unable to change the account.

I made a mistake on the sales order and now I cannot change the account?

I use to double click on the Account No label to change the account.

Is it still possible to change it still?

Answer:

Yes it is possible.

Instead of clicking on the Account label, click on the [...] button.

Navigation:

Click on the button [...].

The dialog box will appear as per usual, select the Recheck Account Pricing.

You will now be able to change the account., by clicking on the drop down box.
