Overview:


A new tab was added to Stock Maintenance, namely “Attachments” which enables the attaching of images & documents such as brochures, data sheets, technical specifications etc. per product with the view to store documents in said tab, email documents from said tab or email documents from various processing modules. With reference to image 1…

• Documents / images can be added, edited & removed via the Attachment button.

• A document / image can be previewed, printed or emailed via the Document Options button (In the case of previewing, user can also double click per line).

• Other features include: Multi selecting documents/ images, adding a note to a document/ image (via Edit), giving each attachment a unique subject/ title (via Edit) and a setting (via Edit) that will pop up attachment message when entering item that’s got an attachment (Refer to Image 2, point 4 “Prompt In Processing”).
