This article will explain the process to follow, when exporting the Stock Value as at Date report to excel format, to ensure that you have the current on-hand; as well as the on-hand on date selected in the file.

Notes
Steps to follow:
- On the below screenshot the on-hand quantities are indicated for July 2025 = (-11) and for Sept 2025 = (20)


Notes
- Navigate to Stock>Reports>Stock Lists
- Select Stock listing as at date (Step 1)
- Select your date (Step 2)
- Click on Select Visible Fields (Step 3)

- You will be prompted to choose which fields/tables you want to view
- Select the following as well:
 * OnHandDate
 * OnHandOnDate
 * ONHAND



- Click on Preview (Step4)
- When date chosen was for July 2025 the preview will show the on-hand (-11) as at the end of that month as per below:

- When date chosen was for Sept 2025 the preview will show the on-hand (20) as at the end of that month as per below:

- To export the report to excel click on Export at the bottom left of the screen and choose XLSX

- You will then be prompted to save the export (choose location)

- You will be prompted to choose which fields/tables need to be included in the export
- Select the following as well:
 * OnHandDate
 * OnHandOnDate
 * ONHAND



Notes
- If you open the excel export with the date chosen for July 2025, it will show the ONHAND (20) which is the current and the OnHandOnDate (-11) as per OnHandDate (31/07/2025) month chosen:
