How IQ Works | Sort Orders

SORT ORDER SEARCHING
The sort order for the information on the grid can be changed by selecting the fields to sort by, under the Sort
Order options.

The user can also select the F9 function key on the keyboard, to change the sort order and click on the
button, refresh the screen.
The user can find precisely a word/phrase by simply typing it.
The system will move the cursor to the line that starts with the first character typed in.
The cursor is moved to the second character and so on. The result will not list the items not starting with the typed character. When the character typed in the search field is not found, the search field will change to red as a warning. Press the Esc (Escape key) or backspace to clear the red warning and start over.
Lookup screen sort order can be changed by pressing on the F9 key.
In the below screenshot, we have changed the sort order from Account number (Default) to Name.
