Automatically Move Auto Generated Doc's to History
Overview:
A new option has been added under Default Settings (1): “Automatically Move Auto Generated Documents to History”.
When enabled, this setting will automatically move Sales Orders, Quotes, Job Cards, and Purchase Orders to the history folder once they have been auto-generated.
The feature is available from version 2026.2.0.0 and on wards.

Steps:
Navigate to Processing --> Purchase Orders or Stock --> Processing --> Purchase Orders.
Select the Purchase Order and select the Auto Generate button.
To proceed click on the Generate Document.
The message below will appear.
To proceed click on the Yes button if you would like to Edit the document.
Press the No button and the system will revert to the Purchase Order module.
You will note that the Purchase Order has been moved to history.
