Processing | GP and Markup visible by lower level users

Processing | GP and Markup visible by lower level users

Question:

We have recently upgraded to the latest version of IQ to date: 2024.3.1.1, but now the users or operators can view the Markup and GP on the grid display?

Is it possible to remove it?

Answer:

Yes, this can disabled for lower level users.

You will need to contact the IQ system administrator to enable the security codes for you.

We do recommend to disable it on the group and not per the user as it makes it easier to manage.

To disable it for the groups please search for security code: 130603.

Alternatively search for the security description Allow Adjusting Markup/GP

Important [!]:

In version 2024.1.0.0 and higher, the codes has changed from 130601 to 130603due to the changes made in the VAT backend.

Note:

Please note that it is module specific.
